The landfill is owned by the Department of Energy (DOE) and co-operated by Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Inc., under Tennessee Permit Number: SNL-01-103-0189. This plan has been prepared in accordance with Rule 1200-1-7 of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Regulations, Solid Waste Processing and Disposal, dated March 18, 1990.
