Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:10127042

The quality assurance analysis of on-site meteorological data for the Pinellas Plant has been performed to ensure dependable, representative, and accurate data for support of the radiological effluent monitoring and environmental surveillance programs. The scope of the quality assurance analysis includes converting the 15-minute data into suitable hourly average data, screening the meteorological data for accuracy by comparing the measured parameter values to established criteria, comparing the U.S. Department of Energy hourly data to the weather stations located at the National Weather Service office at Tampa International Airport and at the Flight Service Station office at St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, comparing the U.S. Department of Energy data collected at the 12-m and 30-m levels with each other for similar parameters, and providing monthly statistical summaries for the collected data. This report covers the analysis of data collected over a 13-month period from September 1992 through September 1993.
