The contingency plan describes organizational units and procedures developed for the Pinellas Plant to be implemented during an emergency situation to protect human health and the environment. This plan presents the procedures for implementing the plan, containing and controlling the released materials, evacuating the facility, reporting the incident, and other relevant information. In addition, various structural and operational measures are in place, which should effectively minimize the possibility of an emergency situation occurring.
