This Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) describes how the Environmental, Safety, Health, and Quality Assurance Division verifies that radioactive airborne emission measurement activities from regulated stacks are controlled at the Hanford Site. Detailed monitoring requirements apply to stacks exceeding 1% of the standard of 10 mrem annual effective dose equivalent to the maximally exposed individual from operations of the Hanford Site.
