Title: Simultaneous broadband laser ranging and PDV: A diagnostic for non-planar explosive experiments

Presentation describes the application of a technique for dynamic ranging (i.e., one that is immune to the Doppler Shift) to explosive experiments by modifying the diagnostic with the addition of PDV and extending the full range.
