On the Poole–Frenkel Effect in Polycrystalline Europium Sulfide
- Ioffe Institute (Russian Federation)
The field and temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity of europium sulfide are studied in the temperature range 160–430 K. It is found that the electrical conductivity increases in strong electric fields of up to 2 × 10{sup 4} V/cm by the Poole–Frenkel mechanism.
