Waste Isolation Pilot Plant Environmental Monitoring Plan
Abstract
The fundamental purpose of this document is to describe the programs established to evaluate long-term effects of the WIPP on the environment. This plan should not be evaluated from the standpoint that monitoring is being conducted for release detection from the WIPP facility, but rather, for recorded historical trends.
