Title: Federal inventory of energy-related biomedical and environmental research for FY 1974 and FY 1975. Volume V. National Science Foundation, Department of Commerce, Department of Interior, Department of Agriculture, Department of Defense

Abstract

Biomedical and environmental research projects are outlined under the following headings: characterization, measurement, and monitoring; environmental transport processes; ecological effects; air/terrestrial; ecological effects; freshwater; and integrated assessment. Data are given for the following federal agencies: National Science Foundation, Department of Commerce, Department of the Interior, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Defense. The following divisions of the Department of Commerce are considered: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Bureau of Standards, and Office of Environmental Affairs. The following divisions of the Department of the Interior are considered: Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Geological Survey, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Mines, and Bureau of Reclamation.
