Research and development of stabilized multifilamentary Nb/sub 3/ Sn superconductors. Technical report for the period, 12 September 1976 through 30 September 1977
An investigation of tensile properties of multifilamentary Nb/sub 3/Sn superconductors indicated that composites containing less than 12.5 volume percent (v/o) Nb/sub 3/Sn were usually ductile. Composites containing more than 12.5 v/o Nb/sub 3/Sn were brittle.
