High Resolution Multiwire Proportional Chambers and a Readout System for Secondary Beam Line Instrumentation

High spatial and time resolution multiwire proportional chambers (1, 2) and a readout system has been developed. These chambers will be used at the secondary beam lines of NAL. Spatial resolution of ±0.2Srnrn and time resolution of 16nsec at FWHM obtained from O.Srnrn wire spaced chambers.
