Title: Radiological Survey and Release Report for 9404-17 & 9404-18

Abstract

The data quality objective (DQO) process and a graded approach are integrated within the MARSSIM process and within the plan to assure defensible data with cost effectiveness. Surveys were performed by trained Radiological Control Technicians (RCTs) following standard, written procedures and using properly calibrated instruments, sensitive to the potential contaminants. Instrumentation identification and the name of the technicians performing the survey can be found in the referenced radiological surveys.
