This report provides a summary of all key technical activities completed during the performance of the Framatome Enhanced Accident Tolerant Fuel (EATF) Phase 2 project under the Department of Energy (DOE) grant DE-NE0008220. The earlier Phase 1B portion of the EATF project which was also part of this grant was reported earlier in Reference [1]. This report covers activities during the first two years of the EATF Phase 2 program and together with Reference [1], represents the final scientific/technical report required to be submitted at the end of a contract. It should be noted that much of the work here remains in progress and will continue under a new DOE grant, DE-NE0008818.
