Hydropower has long been the nation's largest source of renewable energy, and the future U.S. hydropower workforce will play an important role in the future of the U.S. electricity grid. This report provides a brief assessment of the current U.S. hydropower industry workforce and educational programs, as well as potential future hydropower workforce needs.
