CPAD2017: New Technologies for Discovery (Final Report)

The third conference sponsored by the Coordinating Panel on Advanced Detectors (CPAD2017) took place at the University of New Mexico on October 12-14, 2017. The goal of the meeting was to provide to the U.S. High Energy Physics instrumentation community a discussion forum to guide the direction of particle physics instrument development, especially in the US, through the next several decades.
