A comprehensive radiological survey of the Beamline CHX (11-ID, In-Vacuum Undulator) was conducted on March 12 and 13, 2015 in accordance with the Beamline CHX (11-ID) Radiation Survey Plan [1]. Some initial setup of the beamline and front end slits was needed and completed on March 09, 2015. The purpose of the survey was to verify the shielding integrity of the two 11-ID beamline enclosures (11-ID-A and 11-ID-B) and transport pipe between 11-ID-A and 11-ID-B.
