Proceedings: Food Technology Alliance
This report is a compilation of presentations, committee reports, and proposals from the EPRI-FTC meeting held in Orlando, Florida, June 12-13, 1997. Meetings convened at 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning with a New FTC Structure report. Subcommittee project updates and proposals were held on Thursday afternoon. The Thursday sessions were capped with an evening reception. Friday morning consisted of subcommittee reports and recommendations to the steering committee. A Steering Committee program selection and guidance session was also held Friday morning, followed by a lunch and then final adjournment at 1:00 p.m. All materials in this report were graciously provided by the presenters. The subcommittee project updates and proposals have been summarized in a table.
