France and its role in NDT certification programs: An overview

The aims of the French society are: to organize the French system of NDT personnel certification and to promote education and training in the field of NDT; to represent NDT fields among public authorities and foreign NDT societies; to coordinate and develop scientific and technical research on NDT and to promote exchanges of information and experience between members at the sectorial and regional levels; and to collect and circulate the results of investigations and research work in particular by means of publications, conferences, seminar, exhibitions, etc., at the regional and national levels.
