Some areas addressed include Clean Air Act amendments, overturning a 1984 Supreme Court decision that prevented states from reviewing oil and gas lease sales on the Outer Continental Shelf, nuclear licensing reform, oil spill liability and cleanup, hazardous materials transportation, renewable energy, global warming, and energy tax incentives.
