A summary is presented of historic and statistical data from an existing producing gas field to engineers or geologists operating in or closely working with a large, high volume, low pressure carbonate reservoir such as the Panoma Council Grove gas field. The data presented represents 26 yr involved not only in drilling, but also in monitoring production and determining reserve development of the field. The field has been controversial in recent years since it lies directly beneath the mammoth Hugoton field.
