This report provides a collection of narratives, listings and tables summarizing past, current and projected Emission Factors programs which are presently being conducted by the Test and Evaluation Branch of the Emission Control Technology Division. The purpose of this document is to provide a general reference to available data, and overview of specifics in current programs, and a projection of upcoming projects. This information is intended to assist potential 'customers' of the programs in their identification of possible areas of interface, spin-offs or piggyback efforts. These programs involve emission testing of large numbers of in-use trucks, motorcycles and passenger cars at various locations throughout the country. EPA uses this information to calculate Emission Factors which are in turn used by state and local officials to project air quality and evaluate various pollution control strategies.
