One of the key point in the study the problems of mitigation and adaptation to current climate changes is the question of the possibility of CO{sub 2} stabilization in the atmosphere. Note that this Problem is a global one, and the Russian part in it (as the part of the other countries) should be distinguished for tile strategical targets. In this report we have used a number of the carbon cycle models calculations initiated by Working Group IPCC. Model NMIC (State Hydrological Institute, Saint-Petersburg, Russia) is on the list of these 18 models.
