Experimental data pertaining to all nuclei with mass A=168 were evaluated. Level schemes from both radioactive decay and reaction studies are presented, along with associated tables of experimental data and adopted properties for levels and {gamma} rays. This evaluation for A=168, covering data received by July 1993, supersedes the 1988 compilation of V.S. Shirley (Nuclear Data Sheets 53, 223 (1988)). The extremely thorough study of {sup 168}Er via neutron capture, presented in preliminary form in 1988, has been completed, and is presented in final form in this evaluation.
