This year's report has concentrated on the critical issues facing the EES program: Maintaining Program Viability; Inclusion in Petroleum Violation Escrow Funding; Future Cooperative Efforts to Increase Program Effectiveness; Educational Liaison with the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program; Avoiding Duplication of Services; Landlord-Tenant Energy Conservation Incentives; and Evaluation Criteria and Transfer of Proven Programs, Practices, and Technologies.
