Control of ice-excited vibration of jacket platform

The petroleum industry of China is in full flourish. In the development of sea-petroleum industry, progress has been made, and offshore platform played an important role. But the interaction of sea ice with jacket legs causes the vibration of jacket platform. Sometimes the vibration is severe and affects platform operation, service life of equipment and the safety of workers. So it is important and necessary to study the control of ice-excited vibration of jacket platform. By means of subsystem, and in consideration of the weight change and the bias of weight center, not only the horizontal but also the twisting random vibration of jacket platform can be controlled in the allowable scope of engineering.
