Abstract

This conference was held February 27--28, 1995 in San Diego, California. The purpose of the conference was to provide a forum for exchange of state-of-the art information on physiologic imaging. This meeting is unique in bringing together the physicists, image processors, workstation developers, experts in image perception, and the experts of picture archiving and display. Individual papers have been processed separately for inclusion in the appropriate data bases.

The second International Atmospheric Rivers Conference took place at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California, San Diego, during 25–28 June, 2018, in La Jolla, California, USA. Overview: This was the ninth in a series of workshops that have evolved to conference status addressing Diesel Engine Emissions Reduction (DEER) technology. The initial three workshops were held biannually at the University of California, San Diego. Thereafter, as we alternated yearly between the sites Castine, Maine and Portsmouth, Virginia on the East Coast and San Diego on the West Coast, the workshops grew to conference status.
