Title: Near room temperature giant magnetodielectricity in BiFeO{sub 3}/CoFe{sub 2}O{sub 4} composite

Here we report near room temperature giant magnetodielectric observed in BiFeO{sub 3}/CoFe{sub 2}O{sub 4} composite. This composite is prepared in slightly un-conventional method involving sol-gel auto combustion route. Phase purity has been confirmed by Reitweld refinement of powder x-ray diffraction data. Highest magnetodielectric (in %) of 62% is seen at 320K. Most interesting, in the temperature range (300 – 350K) of measurement, magnetodielectric has not gone below 50%.
