Title: Technology and applications of activated carbon adsorption for VOC control and solvent recovery

The technology of activated carbon adsorption is relatively mature and many systems have been installed worldwide to abate VOC emissions. In most cases the recovered VOCs are reused directly in the manufacturing process, and provide economic payback in three to four years. Numerous applications ranging from aerospace to computers and ground-water remediation will be discussed.
