Materials Data on CsNaSe by Materials Project
CsNaSe is Matlockite structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/nmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Cs1+ is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Se2- atoms. All Cs–Se bond lengths are 3.77 Å. Na1+ is bonded to four equivalent Se2- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing NaSe4 tetrahedra. All Na–Se bond lengths are 2.99 Å. Se2- is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Cs1+ and four equivalent Na1+ atoms.
