PaAu2Sn is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pa is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Au atoms. All Pa–Au bond lengths are 3.07 Å. Au is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Pa and four equivalent Sn atoms. All Au–Sn bond lengths are 3.07 Å. Sn is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Au atoms.
