Materials Data on DyGaCo by Materials Project
DyCoGa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Dy is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Co and six equivalent Ga atoms. There are a spread of Dy–Co bond distances ranging from 2.84–2.91 Å. There are a spread of Dy–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.99–3.08 Å. Co is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Dy and four equivalent Ga atoms. There are a spread of Co–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.48–2.51 Å. Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Dy and four equivalent Co atoms.
