Title: Materials Data on Sr2InPt2 by Materials Project

Sr2Pt2In crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sr is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Pt atoms. There are a spread of Sr–Pt bond distances ranging from 3.24–3.28 Å. Pt is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Sr, one Pt, and two equivalent In atoms. The Pt–Pt bond length is 2.70 Å. There are one shorter (2.79 Å) and one longer (2.81 Å) Pt–In bond lengths. In is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Pt atoms.
