Title: Materials Data on CuF by Materials Project

CuF is Zincblende, Sphalerite structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Cu1+ is bonded to four equivalent F1- atoms to form corner-sharing CuF4 tetrahedra. All Cu–F bond lengths are 2.10 Å. F1- is bonded to four equivalent Cu1+ atoms to form corner-sharing FCu4 tetrahedra.
