Title: Revised Final Report on Project “Micro-Misted Plasmas”

The key subject of this program was an examination of droplet evaporation kinetics in conjunction with plasma characteristics. Specifically, we undertook a careful investigation of the physical interactions between microscopic droplets of evaporating liquids and low pressure environments (including plasmas) by both experiment and simulation.
