Covariance Matrix Generation at ANL

This report discusses the generation of covariance matrices using a computer program developed at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Previously, covariance matrices were generated at ANL using Excel spereadsheets. However, the spreadsheet method was hands-on, thus it was cumbersome and very time consuming.
