Neutron tube disassembly glovebox operational readiness check. Revision A
The neutron tube disassembly glove box was designed and constructed at Martin Marietta Specialty Components, Inc. It is intended to replace the non-enclosed tube disassembly operation. A primary concern is the containment of tritium-laden particulate matter generated during the disassembly of neutron tubes and preparation of other tritium loaded samples. The goal of this project is to minimize the spread of tritium-laden contamination to the tube disassembly worker and the environment.
