A Look Inside PNNL's Aquatic Research Laboratory
Abstract
At PNNL, researchers are working to learn more about the effects of hydropower on the environment. The Aquatic Research Laboratory provides researchers with the tools they need to answer research questions that are difficult to resolve in the field. Work done here is used to better understand the impacts of hydropower on fish populations and is used by researchers, policymakers, and power developers to maintain environmentally safe hydropower deployment.
