Title: Improved Modular CSSX Unit (MCU) Operations

Abstract

Tiina Laupa and Mark Geeting of SRS: Savannah River Remediation group discuss the use of Actinide Removal Process/Modular Caustic Side Solvent Extraction Unit (ARP/MCU) at the site, how it has performed, improvements made, and future work. One of these improvements, the use of next-generation solvents (NGS), is further discussed.
