Title: Updated branching fraction measurements of B(s)0 → KS0h+h'- decays

Abstract

The charmless three-body decays B(_s)⁰ → K_S⁰h⁺h' ^- (where h^(') = π, K) are analysed using a sample of pp collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb^-1. The branching fractions are measured relative to that of the B⁰ → K_S⁰π⁺π^- decay.

Observation of charmless baryonic decays $B_{(s)}^{0} \to p \bar{p} h^{+} h^{' -}$

Decays of B⁰ and B⁰_s mesons to the charmless baryonic final states p¯ph⁺h'^–, where h and h' each denote a kaon or a pion, are searched for using the LHCb detector. The analysis is based on a sample of proton-proton collision data collected at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb^–1. Four-body charmless baryonic B⁰_s decays are observed for the first time. The decays B⁰_s→p¯pK⁺K^–, B⁰_s→p¯pK^±π^∓, B⁰→p¯pK^±π^∓ and B⁰→p¯pπ⁺π^– are observed with a significance greater than 5 standard deviations; evidence at 4.1 standard deviations is found for the B⁰→p¯pK⁺K^– decay and anmore »« less

Observations of Λ_b⁰ →ΛK +π– and Λ_b⁰ →ΛK + K – decays and searches for other Λ_b⁰ and Ξb⁰ decays to Λh + h'^– final states

A search is performed for the charmless three-body decays of the Λ_b⁰ and Ξ_b⁰ baryons to the final states Λh+h'^–, where h(') = π or K. The analysis is based on a data sample, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb^–1 of pp collisions, collected by the LHCb experiment. The Λb⁰ → ΛK+π– and Λ_b⁰ → ΛK+K– decays are observed for the first time and their branching fractions and CP asymmetry parameters are measured. Evidence is seen for the Λ_b⁰ → Λπ+π– decay and limits are set on the branching fractions of Ξ_b⁰ baryon decays to the Λh+hh'^– finalmore » states.« less

The first observation of the rare decay B⁰_s→Φπ⁺π^– and evidence for B⁰→Φπ⁺π^– are reported, using pp collision data recorded by the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies √s = 7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb^–1. The branching fractions in the π⁺π^– invariant mass range 400 < m(π⁺π^–) < 1600 MeV/c² are [3.48±0.23±0.17±0.35]×10^–6 and [1.82±0.25±0.41±0.14]×10^–7 for B⁰_s→Φπ⁺π^– and B⁰→Φπ⁺π^– respectively, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic and from the normalization mode B⁰_s→ΦΦ.
