Title: Temperature-insensitive high piezoelectricity in a (Bi 0.5 K 0.5 )TiO 3 –PbTiO 3 –PbZrO 3 ternary system

A d 33 value exceeding 350 pC N −1 , maintained up to 320 °C, and a large strain of 0.29% within 20% variation are achieved in a novel system of BKT–PT–PZ. The stable nanosized domains contribute to the temperature-insensitive high piezoelectricity.
