Title: Mg 2+ ion-catalyzed polymerization of 1,3-dioxolane in battery electrolytes

Abstract

Mg 2+ ions in electrolytes can catalyze the polymerization of 1,3-dioxolane to form poly-DOL while anion pairs affect their capability.
