Title: Non-detergent isolation of a cyanobacterial photosystem I using styrene maleic acid alternating copolymers


Trimeric Photosystem I (PSI) from the thermophilic cyanobacterium Thermosynechococcus elongatus (Te) is the largest membrane protein complex to be encapsulated within a SMALP to date.
