The many studies that have been conducted on water adsorption on zeolites were carried out in “adsorption” mode, from adsorption isotherms or single-point measurements, with the samples being first degassed at high temperature, and then exposed to water vapor at variable partial pressure. Here, we report Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) studies of HZSM-5 saturated with water at room temperature, thus studying water adsorption in “desorption” mode. Titanosilicate zeolites are catalysts of interest in the field of fine chemicals. However, the generation and accessibility of active sites in titanosilicate materials for catalyzing reactions with large molecules is still a challenge. Herein, we prepared titanosilicate zeolite precursors with open zeolitic structures, tunable pore sizes, and controllable Si/Ti ratios through a hydrothermal crystallization strategy by using quaternary ammonium templates. A series of quaternary ammonium ions are discovered as effective organic templates. In the production of rhemium and its compounds from mineral raw materials the most widely used technological schemes are those based on oxidative roasting or fusion. Waste gases are formed at this stage that contain small amounts of rhenium oxides (from 1-3 to 100 mg/m/sup 3/) and high concentrations of sulfur dioxide (from 10 to 230 g/m/sup 3/).
