Abstract

President Trump has called for extending the controls of the Iran Deal past its “sunset clauses,” by working with our European allies. Surprisingly the existing deal, the Joint Comprehensive Plant of Action (JCPOA), together with the existing Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), provides a framework for accomplishing a key element of this.
