In molecular solids derived from Prussian blue, intermetallic charge transfer is fostered through a cyano bridge two metal ions. In this paper, isostructural trivalent lanthanide and tetravalent actinide Prussian blue analogs' valence orbitals are probed by soft X-ray absorption measurements.
