Title: The activation of carbon dioxide by first row transition metals (Sc–Zn)

The activation of CO 2 by chloride-tagged first-row transition metal anions [ClM] (M = Sc–Zn), was examined by mass spectrometry, quantum chemical calculations, and statistical analysis.
