Here, we report total absorption spectroscopy measurements of ⁹²Rb, ⁹⁶^gsY, and ¹⁴²Cs β decays, which are the most important contributors to the high energy ν¯_e spectral shape in nuclear reactors. These three β decays contribute 43% of the ¯νe flux near 5.5 MeV emitted by nuclear reactors. This ν¯_e energy is particularly interesting due to spectral features recently observed in several experiments including the Daya Bay, Double Chooz, and RENO Collaborations. Measurement of Double-Polarization Asymmetries in the Quasielastic ${}^{3}{\vec{He}} (\vec{e}, e^{'} d)$ Process

We present a precise measurement of double-polarization asymmetries in the ³He(e,e'd) reaction. This particular process is a uniquely sensitive probe of hadron dynamics in 3He and the structure of the underlying electromagnetic currents. The measurements have been performed in and around quasi-elastic kinematics at Q²=0.25(GeV/c)² for missing momenta up to 270MeV/c. The asymmetries are in fair agreement with the state-of-the-art calculations in terms of their functional dependencies on pm and omega, but are systematically offset. The production of the hypertriton nuclei HΛ3 and H[U+203E]Λ-3 has been measured for the first time in Pb-Pb collisions at sNN=2.76 TeV with the ALICE experiment at LHC. The p T -integrated HΛ3 yield in one unity of rapidity, dN/dy×B.R.(HΛ3→He3,π-)=(3.86±0.77(stat.)±0.68(syst.))×10-in the 0-10% most central collisions, is consistent with the predictions from a statistical thermal model using the same temperature as for the light hadrons. We study η_c production at center-of-mass energies √s from 4.18 to 4.60 GeV in e⁺e^– annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring, corresponding to 7.3 fb^–1 of integrated luminosity. We measure the cross sections of the three different exclusive reactions e⁺e^– → η_cπ⁺π^–π⁰, e⁺e^– → η_cπ⁺π^–, and e⁺e^– → η_cπ⁰γ. We find significant η_c production in e⁺e^– → η_cπ⁺π^–π⁰ at √s of 4.23 GeV and 4.26 GeV and observe a significant energy-dependent Born cross section that we measure to be consistent with the production via the intermediate Y(4260) resonance.
