The most general phenomenological model involving a lepton triplet with hypercharge {+-}1 is constructed. A distinctive feature of this model is the prediction of a doubly charged lepton and a new heavy Dirac neutrino. We study the phenomenology of these exotic leptons both in low-energy experiments and at the LHC. The model predicts flavor-changing neutral-current processes such as muon and tau rare decays, which are studied in detail in order to constrain the model parameters. Phenomenological constraints on minimally coupled exotic lepton triplets

By introducing a set of new triplet leptons (with nonzero hypercharge) that can Yukawa couple to their standard model counterparts, new sources of tree-level flavor changing currents are induced via mixing. In this work, we study some of the consequences of such new contributions on processes such as the leptonic decays of gauge bosons, l{yields}3l{sup '} and l{yields}l{sup '{gamma}}, which violate lepton flavor, and {mu}-e conversion in atomic nuclei. Constraints are then placed on the parameters associated with the exotic triplets by invoking the current low-energy experimental data. Phenomenology in the Higgs triplet model with the A{sub 4} symmetry

We discuss the phenomenology of doubly and singly charged Higgs bosons [of SU(2){sub L}-triplet fields] in the simplest A{sub 4}-symmetric version of the Higgs triplet model. Mass eigenstates of these Higgs bosons are obtained explicitly from the Higgs potential. It is shown that their decays into a pair of leptons have unique flavor structures which can be tested at the LHC if some of their masses are below the TeV scale. Sizable decay rates for {tau}{yields}{mu}ee and {tau}{yields}e{mu}{mu} can be obtained naturally, while other {tau}{yields}ll{sup '}l{sup ''}, {mu}{yields}eee, and l{yields}l{sup '{gamma}}, are almost forbidden in this model. Phenomenology of large mixing for the CP-even neutral scalars of the Higgs triplet model

The Higgs triplet model contains two CP-even neutral scalar eigenstates, each having components from an isospin doublet and an isospin triplet scalar field. The mixing angle can be maximal if the masses of the scalar eigenstates are close to degeneracy. We quantify the dependence of the mixing angle on the mass splitting and on the vacuum expectation value of the neutral triplet scalar. We determine the parameter space for maximal mixing, and study the observability of both CP-even Higgs bosons at the CERN LHC.
