THE REDOX PLANT WOULD BE MODIFIED FOR SEPN OF PO-210 FORM IRRADIATED BI AND A NEW BUILDING WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED FOR BI RECOVERY & TARGET ELEMENT FABRICATION.
