Description/Abstract:
EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS WERE OBTAINED ON CYLINDRICAL AL CLAD U TEST PIECES HAVING HAMMER DENTED, TEMPERA PAINTED, AND POLISHED AREAS IN SOME SURFACE REGIONS. THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS SHOW THAT THE METHOD CAN BE APPLIED ADVANTAGEOUSLY TO TEST PIECES HAVING ROUGH, IRREGULAR SURFACES.
