EFFECTS OF IRRADIATION ON SINGLE CRYSTAL UO2 TO 1.44 X 10-20 FISSIONS/CC AT LESS THAN 400 C ON GAS RELEASE, LATTICE PARAMETER, MICROSTRUCTURE, HARDNESS, & MELTING POINT WERE MEASURED. THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF A UO2 SINGLE CRYSTAL AS A FUNCTION OF TEMP WAS ALSO MEASURED.
